These Terms govern your use of the Novira Crypto and NBORSA apps (the “Apps”) and this website. By creating an account or using the Apps you agree to these Terms. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy and Risk Disclosure.
1. Who we are
The Apps are provided by NoviraSoft, operated by Fatih Durmaz, an independent software developer based in Çanakkale, Türkiye (“we”, “us”). Contact: contact.novirasoft@gmail.com.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to use the Apps. You are responsible for making sure that using the Apps is lawful where you live.
3. What the Apps are
The Apps provide automated, rule-based technical analysis of financial markets for information and education only: Novira Crypto covers cryptocurrency markets and NBORSA covers US stock markets.
The Apps do not: execute, route or transmit orders; act as a broker, exchange, wallet or custodian; hold or manage money, crypto-assets or securities; provide portfolio management; or provide personal investment advice or recommendations.
4. No investment advice and no guarantee
All analyses, scores, labels, levels, AI answers and other content are general information produced automatically from historical market data. They do not take into account your financial situation, objectives or risk tolerance and are not a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset.
No analysis can be 100% certain. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You alone are responsible for your decisions and their consequences. Trading — especially with leverage or derivatives — can lead to the loss of your entire capital. See our Risk Disclosure.
5. Your account
- An account is personal and may not be shared, sold or transferred.
- Provide accurate information and keep your sign-in details secure. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.
- Premium access may be limited to one active device at a time. Changing devices may require confirmation.
- Novira Crypto and NBORSA accounts are separate.
6. Plans, trials and payments
- Launch period. Novira Crypto is free until 1 January 2027. NBORSA is free during its launch period.
- Free and Premium. After the launch period, the Apps offer a Free plan and a paid Premium plan. The features of each plan are shown in the App and may change over time; we will not reduce what you have already paid for during a paid period.
- Trial. New accounts may receive a free trial of Premium for the period stated in the App. A trial is offered once per person and device.
- Payments through Google Play only. Premium is purchased exclusively through Google Play Billing. The price, including applicable taxes, is shown in Google Play before you confirm. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in your Google Play account. Cancellations and refunds are handled under Google Play's policies and your statutory rights.
- Deleting the App or your account does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel it in Google Play.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- copy, scrape, resell or redistribute analyses or other content for commercial purposes, or present them as your own trading service;
- access the Apps or their data by automated means, or interfere with their security, limits or integrity;
- reverse engineer, decompile or modify the Apps, except where the law expressly allows it;
- create multiple accounts or use other devices to circumvent trials, limits or restrictions;
- misuse the AI assistant, including attempts to make it produce unlawful or harmful content;
- use the Apps or our name to promote signal groups, managed accounts or any offer of guaranteed returns.
8. Practice arena
The practice arena uses a virtual balance only. No real money, crypto-assets or securities are involved, virtual results have no monetary value, and no prizes are offered. Results in a simulation do not indicate results in real markets.
9. AI assistant
The AI assistant provides general explanations of market concepts and conditions. Its answers are generated automatically, may be incomplete or inaccurate and are not investment advice. It is designed not to recommend buying, selling, stop levels or leverage. Please use the report function if an answer seems wrong or inappropriate.
10. Market data and third-party content
Market data comes from third-party sources and may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate. NBORSA price data is delayed by 15 minutes. News headlines and links belong to their publishers; we do not endorse third-party content.
11. Availability and changes
Analyses may be paused, delayed or unavailable for some timeframes or directions when our quality criteria are not met, during maintenance or because of third-party outages. We may change, add or remove features to improve the service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
12. Intellectual property
The Apps, the website, our methods, texts, designs and the NoviraSoft, Novira and NBORSA names and logos belong to us or our licensors. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Apps for your own non-commercial purposes in line with these Terms.
13. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any investment or trading losses, lost profits or indirect damages arising from your use of the Apps or reliance on their content. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for intent or gross negligence, or your mandatory rights as a consumer.
14. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Apps and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms, misuses the service or creates security risks. Where reasonable, we will tell you why.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. If changes are significant, we will inform you in the Apps before they take effect. Continuing to use the Apps after that date means you accept the updated Terms.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country. Consumers in Türkiye may apply to consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts. Before starting a dispute, please contact us — most issues can be solved quickly.
17. Language
These Terms are written in English. If we provide a translation, the English version prevails unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
